  the blessing of Abraham is no ordinary concept- it is the foundation of the Gospel . Many think of only in terms of material prosperity , but it's far greater. The blessing of Abraham is the outpouring of God's grace, His covernant kindness, translated from the Hebrew word, "hesed." It includes divine favour, fruitfulness, dominion, and most importantly, the promise of thr Spirit.  When God called Abraham, He said, "I will bless you and make you a blessing...and in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed" ( Genesis 12:2-3 ). This was God's prophetic declaration of the Gospel.  It was the announcement of His plan to pour out His love and goodness on all humanity through faith. The Apostle Paul made it clear that this blessing has now come to the gentile through jesus Christ.   thus, if you are in Christ, you are Abraham's seed and an heir according to promise ( Galatians 3:29 ).
