Jesus Christ is the name above all names

Names are used to identify things. Everything we can see, feel and touch has name, but there is a name above all these names; the name of Jesus Christ. The bible told us that “God also hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name” KJV. Philippians 2: 9. You can call all the names you know but none of them is dependable like the name of Jesus Christ, his name is the strongest weapon against any force of life and nature, his name the only name which can set the devils on the run. At the name of Jesus Christ, everything in heaven, on earth and under the earth will bow, praise God!
Mark 16:17 “and these signs shall follow them that believe; in my name shall they cast out devils…” KJV Do you believe? If you do, these signs shall follow you because the name of Jesus Christ is the symbol of power to every believer in Christ Jesus. We are not helpless as Christians; the name of Jesus is our weapon and the power in the name of Jesus is unlimited. The power in the name of Jesus does not recognize location, Amen!
So, with the name of Jesus in your mouth, you can start cause a change in any area of your life where you need a change, do not say “I have been using the name and nothing seem to work” remember the tree Jesus curse did not die immediately when the cloud is full, it will fall as rain.
In the book of Acts 3:6-8 “then Peter said, silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk…” KJV yeah, you have something in your hand that is the name of Jesus, use it against anything problem which is on your way right now, Praise the Lord!

How to follow Jesus

Following Jesus is not going to church always, it is not praying always, it is not reading the bible always etc. although, all these activities are good but they do not make one a follower of Christ Jesus. Matthew 19:16-21, the rich young ruler was perfect in all of them yet something was missing which was the most important one. In the book of John 3:1 Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jew, was disqualified in spite of his knowledge of the law.              What is following Jesus? So, what is following Jesus? Following Jesus Christ is living by the word of God. Luke 4:4 and Jesus answered him saying man shall not live by bread alone, by every word of God. This is living your life according to the direction of the Word of God. It is abiding in the word of God or Jesus. John 15:4-5.     Steps to follow  ·          You must believe in Jesus Christ, John 3:16   ·          You must be born again John 3:3 ·          You must have faith in God. Heb 11:1-6 ·

Salvation is for the Living

Some people have asked if Christians could intercede on behalf of a person who died without receiving Christ, so such a person could go to heaven instead of hell. The answer is No. “For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth” Isaiah 38:18-19. Anyone who didn’t receive Christ while on earth stands condemned. In John 3:18, Jesus said, “… but he that believeth not is condemned already….”   So, the one who dies without knowing Christ, died in condemnation, and it would be of no use praying for such a one to go to heaven because the choice of whether to make heaven or not is personal one.   It’s important to realize that the salvation message is for the living and not the dead. You can only receive Christ as Lord and Saviour in response to the Gospel while you’re still in the earth. Jesus

Keys to Effectual Prayers

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him. Lord, teach us to pray… (Lake 11:1)   When you study the lives of the early prophets and the apostles, even the Lord Jesus Christ, you’d find they were very effective in their prayer lives. In our opening verse, disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray because they observed His prayers' effectiveness. So, it’s not just enough to pray; it’s the effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous man that produces results.   There’re scriptural rules and guidelines for effectual prayers. There are some things you have to pray about continually, you intercede continually; and there’re things that you pray for only once because if you keep praying about them, you’re getting into unbelief, rather than applying faith.    Meanwhile, there’re things you’re not even supposed to pray for, because no matter how long you pray about them, God is not going to respond becaus
