Possessor all things

“Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours” 1 Corinthians 3:21, KJV
There latter part of the verse of scripture above is a present-hour reality; it’s not a promise. A Christian is a possessor; he’s not someone who’s trying to have. This is very important, and it is one truth you must hold on to for your faith to be as effective as it should.

Something you need to understand about the subject of faith is that faith is NOW. It doesn’t look forward to the blessings of God coming to pass; it possesses. So in walking by faith, you’re not hoping or believing to have anything, for you already possess all things. You’re not expecting anything from God, for all things have been made available to you in Christ Jesus.
Many people express hope and wonder why there’s been no change in their situation. Faith is what works; not hope. Hope is futuristic, while faith is of the present. Hope says, “I believe for a miracle” but faith says, “I have a miracle!” there’s a great difference between the two. You’re already a believer, and that makes you a possessor: “he that believeth hath…!” John 3:36. So stop waiting for God to do something about your case; take what is yours.
Don’t wait; take your healing now. Take that new job. That miracle you thought would happen last year but didn’t happen, because you were “believing God” for it, failed, because believing is not faith, and faith is not believing! Stop saying, “believe I will receive my healing someday, “say, “I have divine health, therefore I refuse to be sick.” That’s what the word says; “and the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity” Isaiah 33:24

How to follow Jesus

Following Jesus is not going to church always, it is not praying always, it is not reading the bible always etc. although, all these activities are good but they do not make one a follower of Christ Jesus. Matthew 19:16-21, the rich young ruler was perfect in all of them yet something was missing which was the most important one. In the book of John 3:1 Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jew, was disqualified in spite of his knowledge of the law.              What is following Jesus? So, what is following Jesus? Following Jesus Christ is living by the word of God. Luke 4:4 and Jesus answered him saying man shall not live by bread alone, by every word of God. This is living your life according to the direction of the Word of God. It is abiding in the word of God or Jesus. John 15:4-5.     Steps to follow  ·          You must believe in Jesus Christ, John 3:16   ·          You must be born again John 3:3 ·          You must have faith in God. Heb 11:1-6 ·

Salvation is for the Living

Some people have asked if Christians could intercede on behalf of a person who died without receiving Christ, so such a person could go to heaven instead of hell. The answer is No. “For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth” Isaiah 38:18-19. Anyone who didn’t receive Christ while on earth stands condemned. In John 3:18, Jesus said, “… but he that believeth not is condemned already….”   So, the one who dies without knowing Christ, died in condemnation, and it would be of no use praying for such a one to go to heaven because the choice of whether to make heaven or not is personal one.   It’s important to realize that the salvation message is for the living and not the dead. You can only receive Christ as Lord and Saviour in response to the Gospel while you’re still in the earth. Jesus

Keys to Effectual Prayers

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him. Lord, teach us to pray… (Lake 11:1)   When you study the lives of the early prophets and the apostles, even the Lord Jesus Christ, you’d find they were very effective in their prayer lives. In our opening verse, disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray because they observed His prayers' effectiveness. So, it’s not just enough to pray; it’s the effectual, fervent prayer of the righteous man that produces results.   There’re scriptural rules and guidelines for effectual prayers. There are some things you have to pray about continually, you intercede continually; and there’re things that you pray for only once because if you keep praying about them, you’re getting into unbelief, rather than applying faith.    Meanwhile, there’re things you’re not even supposed to pray for, because no matter how long you pray about them, God is not going to respond becaus
