Power for living a bold life

There is a supernatural power that is at work in every Christian or believer in Christ Jesus. This supernatural power is the power for living a Christian life. This is the result of the boldness you see in the life of any Christian who knows about this power. Proverbs 28:1, “…the righteous is as bold as a lion.” The dynamic power of the Spirit of God at work in the Christian is that ability to cause changes and the power for living a righteous life. Praise God!

“But ye shall receive power after the Holy Ghost is come up you…” Acts 1:8 When the early Christians received this power, they were bold to preach the gospel and courageous in face of adversity. For example, Peter’s ministry took a new dimension that in a day three thousand gave their life to Jesus Christ. So Christians are not ordinary, they are supernaturally empowered to turn situations to their advantages. Amen!
Christians are participators in divinity, praise God! We are born that way, to be victorious always. If you want to experience this power for living a glorious life, you need to recognize and take advantage of the dynamic ability of the spirit of God that is at work in you. All you have to do is to confess the lordship of Christ Jesus. You can find help here if you want to give your life to Christ by commenting on this post.

Be bold to use the Name of Jesus because you the power for living a victorious life in Christ Jesus. Praise the Lord!

You are alive by the Spirit

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you Romans 8:11. God gave birth to us by the Word, through the spirit. You’re not ordinary person if you are in Christ or if you have the new life in Christ Jesus. The human life you received from your parents has been replaced, supplanted, by the divine life of Christ. 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of corruptible, by the word of god, which liveth and abideth forever.”    Often, I tell people that Christianity is more than a legal document; it’s a vital experience; there’s a true life from Christ beating in your heart which is the new life in Christ Jesus. The natural man (anyone without the New Life in Christ Jesus or anyone who is not born again) lives by blood, but a Christian lives by the Spirit. No wonder Jesus, referring to the ne...

The Reign of Death is over

Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come (Romans 5:14)  Satan became the god of this earth because he got it from Adam who lost out through disobedience, resulting significantly in the reign of death. Remember, God had told Adam, “… in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” (Genesis 2:17). He was talking about spiritual death; spiritual death is the cause of physical death. So, our theme verse says, “Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses (the Law of Moses)…”  But who had the power of death? The Bible says, “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is the devil” (Hebrews 2:14). Satan was actually behind this reign of death. Now, here’s something exciting that I want ...

The Divinity of Jesus

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father; but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, have seen him” John 14:6-7.   “Is Jesus really God?”   This is one question many still ask today. They believe He was a great prophet and teacher, but find it difficult to accept that He is Himself God, but He is. The Bible says “In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the Word was God ” John 1:1. That “Word” that the Bible says “was God” became flesh-Jesus- and dwelt among us: “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” John 1:14.     Now, the prophecy that came forth before the birth of Jesus also foretold His divinity: “Behold, a virgin shall be with a child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanue...
