Speaking in Tongues Charges Up your spirit

He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself… 1 Corinthians 14: 4
When you speak in other tongues, you “charge” your spirit, much the same way as a battery is charged. When a car battery for example, is left inactive for a while, you’d need to charge it again to restore it to an effective state. The same goes for the human spirit; you ought to always “charge up” your spirit and get it perpetually active by speaking in tongues.
Speaking in tongues “quick charges” your spirit it helps your spirit respond very quickly to spiritual things. As you learn to speak in tongues frequently, the anointing will easily be stirred up within you, and you’ll find yourself living in consistent victory and triumph.
The Bible shows us how some of the Old Testament folks stirred the anointing each time they want to accomplish divine tasks. Samson for one, knew that the way to charge up his spirit was to shake himself. After he was betrayed by Delilah and his hair was shaved, the bible says he “…awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself… Judges 16: 20.
Over in the New Testament, the way to charge up your spirit is not by shaking your physically like Samson did, but by spiriting in tongues! That’s the way to “quick charge” your spirit and set your sail for the miraculous!
Keep yourself perpetually high on God’s power by speaking in tongues always! That way, you’ll never run out of ideas, or be in confusion as to the right steps to take concerning anything. As you speak in tongues habitually, your spirit will be charge and ready to pick divine signals from heaven , and you’ll find yourself  always functioning with the wisdom of God. Charge up your spirit today- speak in other tongues

You are alive by the Spirit

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you Romans 8:11. God gave birth to us by the Word, through the spirit. You’re not ordinary person if you are in Christ or if you have the new life in Christ Jesus. The human life you received from your parents has been replaced, supplanted, by the divine life of Christ. 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of corruptible, by the word of god, which liveth and abideth forever.”    Often, I tell people that Christianity is more than a legal document; it’s a vital experience; there’s a true life from Christ beating in your heart which is the new life in Christ Jesus. The natural man (anyone without the New Life in Christ Jesus or anyone who is not born again) lives by blood, but a Christian lives by the Spirit. No wonder Jesus, referring to the ne...

The Reign of Death is over

Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come (Romans 5:14)  Satan became the god of this earth because he got it from Adam who lost out through disobedience, resulting significantly in the reign of death. Remember, God had told Adam, “… in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” (Genesis 2:17). He was talking about spiritual death; spiritual death is the cause of physical death. So, our theme verse says, “Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses (the Law of Moses)…”  But who had the power of death? The Bible says, “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is the devil” (Hebrews 2:14). Satan was actually behind this reign of death. Now, here’s something exciting that I want ...

The Divinity of Jesus

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father; but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, have seen him” John 14:6-7.   “Is Jesus really God?”   This is one question many still ask today. They believe He was a great prophet and teacher, but find it difficult to accept that He is Himself God, but He is. The Bible says “In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the Word was God ” John 1:1. That “Word” that the Bible says “was God” became flesh-Jesus- and dwelt among us: “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” John 1:14.     Now, the prophecy that came forth before the birth of Jesus also foretold His divinity: “Behold, a virgin shall be with a child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanue...
